The Red Wings where very lucky to get by the Blues. The Wings won the series in a game 6 victory 6-1. The Wings now have to play the stars in semifinal action. The Sabres will have to play the Capitals after sweeping their series with Montreal. So far Domanik Hasik has been the key to the Sabres success. David Wells the pitcher for the yankees pitched only the 14th perfect game in history he said he had his team to thank who made some wonderful plays. In other baseball news their was a bench clearing brawl after Benitez of the orioles hit a yankees batter with a wild pitch. Benitez was suspended 8 games and Daryl Strawberry got 6 for hitting him with a knockout punch.
